About the role

You will coordinate consistent in-store VM processes and standards to uphold the Good Guys (TGG) brand across all stores and delivery of profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake regular store visits to assess VM setup (including marketing and promotional activity, seasonal programs, and planograms) against established standards.
• Identify gaps, and provide systematic coaching and feedback to improvement and maintain consistent VM standards
• Identify talent and build capability within the store network to embed the capability for high quality, consistent VM standards in store
• Build and lead a project team to undertake re-lays, merchandising initiatives and new store openings
• Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials that sets VM standards across stores

About you

• At least 2 years demonstrated experience in a retail VM role
• Microsoft Office and design programs such as Sketchup /Photoshop
